Refund Policy
Service Fee Refund / Service Cancellation
This refund policy is designed to clearly define the rights and obligations of customers and service providers using the 247 application. The policy outlines the procedures for canceling services and requesting a refund of the service fee.
1. Contract Cancellation and Refund
1.1. Customer Rights:
Customers have the right to withdraw from a service they have ordered without providing a reason and without paying any penalties, provided that the service has not commenced and there is no agreement with the service provider. This right of withdrawal can only be exercised before the service has started. If the service has commenced, the customer will be charged the full service fee, and a refund will not be possible.
1.2. Refund Request:
Customers can request a refund of the service fee only from the service provider. The 247 application does not handle refund requests and assumes no responsibility for the refund process. The 247 application will not intervene in any disputes between customers and service providers regarding payments, service cancellations, discounts, or refunds.
2. Right to Cancel a Service
2.1. Service Cancellation:
Customers have the right to cancel a service order and withdraw from the contract if the service has not yet started. In such cases, the customer is entitled to request a full refund of the service fee. However, once the service has commenced, the customer is obligated to pay the service fee and loses the right to a refund.
2.2. Mandatory Service Cancellation:
The 247 application will instruct its partner organization to process the refund of the relevant payment only in the following cases:
- a) Mandatory Cancellation: The service or agreed work cannot be performed, or mandatory cancellation occurs.
- b) Failure to Provide Service: The service provider fails to deliver the service due to reasons within their control, in cases where an advance or initial payment has been made.
3. Refunds
3.1. Payment Methods:
For payments made through the Online Payment System or other payment methods, refunds will be processed directly by the service provider. The 247 application does not mediate the refund process and is not involved in any financial transactions.
3.2. Dispute Resolution:
The 247 application will not be a party to any disputes between customers and service providers regarding payments or refunds and assumes no responsibility for resolving such disputes. Disputes must be resolved directly between the customer and the service provider.
