These terms and conditions are mandatory for all users of the Application. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

1. Use of Services

1.1. Registration and Account Creation:

  • To use the Application, you must first go through the registration process and create an account.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate personal information during account creation.
  • Each user is allowed to create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited, and violating this rule may result in the termination of your account.

1.2. Service Selection and Ordering:

  • You can select and order one of the available services through the Application.
  • Review the profiles of service providers to obtain information about the offers and prices they provide.
  • Be cautious when selecting services and choose the service that best meets your needs. You are responsible for any incorrect selection.

1.3. Order Confirmation and Cancellation:

  • Service providers who confirm orders sent by customers have the right to accept the order and assign it to the relevant workers (craftsmen).
  • If the order is not accepted, the service provider must inform the customer of the reason.
  • Customers have a specific time frame to cancel an order. Cancellations made outside of this time frame may incur a cancellation fee.

2. Responsibilities and Obligations for Customers

2.1. Payments and Reviews:

  • After the order is confirmed, you must make the necessary payment upon completion of the work.
  • It is the customer's right to evaluate the quality of the completed work and write a review in the Application. However, providing feedback is recommended to help service providers improve the quality of their future work.

2.2. Use of Services and Conduct:

  • You must behave ethically in your dealings with service providers and contact the support team through the Application to resolve any complaints or issues.
  • Misuse of the Application and services is prohibited and may result in the termination of your account.

2.3. Provision of Information:

  • You must provide accurate and timely information required by the service provider for the execution of the order.
  • As a customer, you are responsible for protecting your personal information and ensuring its security.

3.1. Review and Confirmation of Orders:

  • You must carefully review customer orders before accepting them.
  • After accepting an order, you should contact the customer, clarify the details of the work, and take the necessary steps to start executing the order.

3.2. Acceptance of Payments and Refunds:

  • It is recommended to start the work after receiving the initial payment from the customer.
  • In case of order cancellation or rejection, the accepted initial payment must be refunded to the customer.

3.3. Service Quality and Security:

  • As a partner, ensuring the quality of the services you provide is one of your main responsibilities.
  • You must ensure security measures are in place to protect both the customer's and your personal information.

  • You must take all necessary measures to ensure the security of personal and other data while using the Application.
  • It is recommended to use only secure and reliable networks when accessing the Application.

4.2. Agreement and Acceptance of Terms:

  • By using the Application, you confirm that you fully agree with and accept these terms and conditions.
